sucky dealer - sunroof problem
My sunroof opens and closes by itself while driving. And sometimes I can't close the roof on the first try. I took my car to the dealer and was told that they cannot replace the switch until they see the problem first hand. What a bunch of ?!?! What are my options? Contact Audi directly? Who do I call?

I think that is common with dealerships. I had to leave mine overnight to prove that it whined. . .
at cold start for the serp belt TSB.

Yes, but the faulty sunroof switch is a well-known problem. Besides, it's intermittent, so there's only small chance that the problem will surface while the car is at the dealership. It's freaky - and annoying - when your sunroof opens by itself while you are driving 70 mph on the freeway.

I agree man. . .I would be pissed too. Call AoA or submit an e-mail through the AudiUSA website. .
complaining. You will get a call within a day and they will sort it out for you.
My dealership would not replace the wipers, and within a day, AoA was contacting the dealership to resolve the situation.
