S4 1997 - am I missing something?
I am currently driving a borrowed stock 2000 A4 B5 - fairly happy with it but it lacks oomph. I am in the price range of a 2000, maybe 2001 B5 which I would subsequently chip, exhaust, maybe ko4 but I figure I ought to be able to get a 97 or 96 B5 S4 for the same sort of price range.
Problem is I can't find a single mid to late 90s B5 S4 for sale in Australia. Furthermore Redbook only gives values for up to 1994 and for 2000 onwards. The 1994 is too old and the 2000 too expensive.
Don't tell me that Audi didnt manufacture the S4 pre 2000. /cry.
