Jumping in feet first...
Well, this afternoon I ordered my B7 S4 and put down a deposit on a RS4. Last time I missed out on the RS6 due to leasing time frames and wasn't going to pass this one up. I do have to say that compared to a S4 2.7T i drove a few years ago, the B6 was far superior!

I've been driving my wife's S6 Avant and it's coming off lease and I want to get back into a sportier car. Unfortunately the RS4 is not coming out soon enough. So my thought process is this: I buy the S4 for now and have it until it comes time to decide about the RS4. I'll either keep the S4 and mod it up or trade it in for the RS4. As I stated earlier, I missed the RS6 because of leasing times when I had my 2.7T and I don't want to miss this one. Hell, it could be that by the time things roll around, a new RS6 production will be announced and I'll get that instead and sell my RS4 spot.
