Just got the APR EMCS with stock program
so I went on a few runs trying out the stock vs 91 octane programs. WOW! what a difference. The stock program feels like the turbo is running out of breath by 4.5k rpm, but the apr 91 octane will just pull straight up to 6k rpm.
i only had about 1800 pampered (for the most part) miles on my a4 when i chipped it, so i don't remember very well how the car originally performed.
Although APR states that the stock program has exactly the same output as the audi stock ecu, i just can't help but wonder...
if the apr stock is exactly the same as the audi stock..... those of u still running stock is SERIOUSLY missing out

That's not good. APR, please clarify.
Ok, if APR stock is not exactly the same as Audi stock then there is a problem. APR says they are exactly the same. Maybe your dyno butt is playing tricks or maybe they didn't put the stock program back. If they really are different then APR now has a credibility issue.

well, i actually can't remember how the car ran before apr chip(since i only had 1800 miles on it, and didn't drive it hard before i had it chipped), so i was just slightly wondering, NOT doubting APR in any way. 
maybe i should go to the dealer and see if i can get them to let me drive a new 2.0t 6 speed, and see if i can confirm it either way
