On a lease car, can we add additional OEM parts w/o penalty?
Just wondering if I can add OEM parts like an OEM spoiler or OEM side door flares and return the car after the lease w/o penalty?

You'll have to talk to your dealer though I would think. I wouln't think it would be much of a problem since they are OEM and all. But things like the door flares are removable. Wouln't you want to remove everything and get some of your money back??
