Default Has anybody removed the weak-sauce dual SMICs in favor of a larger FMIC?

I am putting in a Mitsubishi EVO8 core w/custom endtanks or a Forge dual-fin version like the APEXi Skyline FMIC. Mikey

Default Let's keep in touch about this...

For now, I have just finished doing vag logs on the stock programming and the duals are doing very well on stock programming but I am also concerned about how the car will respond with the upgraded software. I would like to look into some efficient bar and plate designs with some cross flow patterns but havent found a business I am ready to work with. Let me know what you find out. The duals are extremely efficient in design with very low pressure drop and extremely efficient cooling capability due to the full size of both cores being utilized so I dont want to upgrade to a better unit until I can prove it will actually perform better. cheers! The SMIC's exhaust into the low-pressure area of the wheelwells. I know the drag racers like FMICS, but I wonder how much air flows thru them and the A/C condenser and the radiator?

My copy of Corky Bell's Maximum Boost seems to also say that you *don't* want long tubes in the i/c, but to keep them under 6"...

Default long plumbing or collapsable plumbing for that matter

hopefully APR will make motorsport hoses for the B7 and Tyrolsport's SMIC will fit the application as well. That would be a nice setup.
