Sirius Tuner Removed, CD's not working
My service for Sirius ended and I did not renew it since I don't use it. As a result, I removed the Sirius unit from the trunk. After removing, my RNS-E works fine and the AM/FM works, but no sound is coming from the CD changer. The screen shows that the CD is playing (since the time is counting), but there is absolutely no sound. FYI, I didn't do anything with the cables to the Satellite Tuner (meaning I just left them alone after disconnect). Anyone have a clue how I can fix this? I know I can plug the Sirus unit back in, but I wanted to sell it so I can add a DVD player to my NAV+. Please help!
Thanks,
Jeff
Now that I think about it, when you install the unit, you will have a loopback adapter which you will not need. If you want to make a trade of $$$+loopback adapter for the Sirius tuner, please send me a PM.
Thanks,
Jeff
1. Install a loopback adapter
2. Switch the CAN bus to the correct connector (1 connector space to the left) .
Here is a link for this stuff....

The question I have is what is the part number for the loopback adapter???? I am new to this stuff so I am hesitant about making one.
Thanks,
Jeff
