Best air filter for 2.0T engine?

Since I have a CVT and can't chip my car, I want to change the air filter so I can at least get a bit more power (diminutive when compared to chipping the car, I know)...what's the best air filter to use? Is K&N good enough, or is there something better?

OEM. You won't gain anything by changing your air filter.

If you don't wont to chip the car for more power get an exhaust for a solid 5-15whp gain.
