Any recommendation for S5 winter Rim and tires?

I am planing to get new rims and new winter tires, any suggestions?

I suggest going as narrow as possible with the tires if you live in a place with lots of snow.

Narrow tires are superior in the snow. I have an S5; I went to 245s on 18" wheels (RS4 replicas).

Exactly what I did - Dunlop Winter Sport 3D on RS4 DTMs replicas from Hartmann (Achtuning). At the time, this was the only rim available with the new hub size, but in the meantime Hartmann may have a larger selection for the A5/S5.
