Anyone know if a 1.9L TDI belhousing pattern is the same as a Porsche 944 trans?

Default Anyone know if a 1.9L TDI belhousing pattern is the same as a Porsche 944 trans?
Having evil thoughts of a 1.9L TDI in a 944 chassis.

Well, the TDI is front wheel drive and the 944 has a rear transaxle, so I don't think they're the same...

well there is no problem with 1.9L TDI 944 chassis.it is front wheel drive.

That does not make a bell housing difference. Motor mounts might be interesting.

Yes it can work. You need "924" bellhousing. Clutch gets complicated
