1.8T missfiring on startup!!

got tt that after starting the first time in the morning it got a bad missfire/rough idle for about 3-4 seconds and then its gone.after that it runs normal till the next morning.fuel press. is fine,replaced temp sender,replaced the airflow sender,checked injectors and wiring.
please assist!

Are you able to check for codes with a VAGCOM or get them from a dealership / independant shop?

Even if there isn't a CEL, there should be some codes that may help identify the problem.
