I hear a soft buzz almost like a fan with the car off

When I turn off my car I hear a soft buzzing of a fan or other electrical component whirring or whizzing. I got a 225HP Quattro 2002. Its not the two main fans because they are silent. Any clue on what this is and if its normal.

It's the after run water pump. Totally normal. Usually turns off after a couple minutes.

yup, after run pump it is.....

with out, we would need turbo timers for those hard driven days
