what kind of hp is being gained?

Just wondering if anyone is running a big turbo setup or something thats getting them over 300hp at the crank? I may be looking into getting a tt and was wondering if anyone has done extensive mods to see large hp gains?

I am running a 3071R setup on my FWD 180 TT,401whp.Makes a fun car even better.If you know a little about cars,do it,if you are clueless about mechanical workings,do not do it,since there is a lot more TLC and issues involved with owning anything highly modified.

With the gt3071 at what rpm does it starts kicking? The reason i aske is because im going to change the turbo set up and im still researching on what turbo to use.

my gt2871 hits about 600 rpms after the k04 did. if you want 300 crank just get a GT28rs and you'll hit over that. 320-350 crank is easy with stock like characteristics

It depends on what gear you are in,1-2 gear is Ok,but 3-4-5 is awesome.You will feel it oull at 4k and 5k it is at peak tq.,then pulls hard all the way to 7200rpm.so about 3200rpm's of high power.Not for everybody,but I like it.It is the difference between a "quick" responsive car and a "fast" top end car.
