Cylinder Open Circuits

Cylinder Open Circuits
I have a 2000 Audi A6 2.7T six speed manual.
I recently replaced one of two Ignition Control Units (modules) due to a misfire problem on cylinder number 5. The engine runs great, but still has the check engine light (MIL) on with the following error codes:
P1364 Cyl. 4 Ignition Circuit Open Circuit
P1367 Cyl. 5 Ignition Circuit Open Circuit
P1370 Cyl. 6 Ignition Circuit Open Circuit
Open circuits don't make sense since the car is running fine. I am still wondering if it has something to do with the APR programming I had done three years ago or the Ignition Control Unit itself? Is it safe to drive without damaging the car?
What should I do?

Thanks. I swapped the units and the codes changed cylinders. Then I kept the new one and swapped the old one with the other faulty old one and the same codes came back. Therefore, it was the new unit. I got the part from EuroAsiana Auto Parts LLC from eBay as recommended by someone else on these forums because they were 1/2 price and worked for him just fine. I will be contacting EuroAsiana tomorrow.....

No problem. A new one is on its way. I had lived without a truck for over a year and this gave me an excuse to buy one last Tuesday. Now I don't have to drive the family's spare vehicle: 1982 AMC Spirit with a list of things a page long that is wrong with it.

Hi have a similar problem on ny Audi A6 1.8 2001 model.
Have changed all 4 coil packs but get a misfire on cylinder 2.
I think it's the connector or the wiring harness ?
Any advice would be grateully received
