Lock car while it's running????

Lock car while it's running????
Has anyone been able to lock their car while it's running, from the outside?
I was hoping some Vag-Com master figured it out.
When making quick stops, while the car's still warming up I'd love to be able to lock it with a secondary remote, an extra key, hell anyway I could.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Don't think you can do that with the vag-come, but it's doable with an aftermarket alarm w/ turbo timer. You basically turn the turbo timer function on and remove the key from the ignition, then you lock your car with your alarm remote.

Yes...no vag com is needed.
I start the car...leave the key inside ignition.
take my spare key...get out...close door...put key in door lock...lock it.
walk away...car is still running and doors are locked.
when i return...put key in door and unlock...

I know it can be done with an aftermarket keyless entry system or alarm and whatnot.
Is that what you have on your car?
Any other ideas how to do this with the factory key / key-fob?
