well its official. i will take ownership of my s4 tomorrow. ive been reading everything i can here for weeks, and i cant wait to become part of the community. thanks for all the great info posted here and future thanks for all the help im sure i will get in the coming years

wow ... 2 hours owned and someone hit me! *crys* car will be in the shop for a few weeks im sure. at least she had insurance and no one was hurt no airbags deployed

on to the fun stuff ... its a black 2000. WAS in great shape with the standard occasional rock chip and bumper scuff. alcantara seats, voice navi, bose, 74k miles with giac chip and some aftermarket side skirts which will probably be replaced with stock ones as soon as i get the car back.

would be nice but money is tight. had to pull from my savings to buy the car. thought id treat myself to something nice after working my face off and scrimping my way through college for the last 9 years

spend more time waiting for the cops than with my new baby. its just a car right? paints gonna get scrached sooner or later. now that its out of the way, hopefully ill be able to keep her in good shape for many years to come.

missed the first half of your q. lady was making an illegal lane change and side swiped me. she got the driver side all the way from the head light to the rear bumper. tried to swerve out of the way and ended up breaking the pass side wheels on an storm water intlet

Very true, I would agree the new baby comes first. But being in college, nothing comes before my car ha.
