Penske Audi Covina
So I wanted to do some preventative maintenance on my A3..get the BG treatment to decarb the intake valves, replace cam follower and oil change. Left a message for Chris and no return call. 2 days pass and I decide to give them a second shot at earning my business, so I call and finally get transferred to Chris. I ask about the BG treatment and get a deer in the headlights type of response..I had to explain what I wanted to him before he understood...same deal with the cam follower. Then I ask how much it's going to cost...no clue again. WTF??? So I tell him to call me back and he promises to do so...and YES, you guessed it..NO call back.
So, do you think I want to take my car there? Did they inspire confidence in me that the job would be done right? NO.
Do you guys have any recommendations pref. near Glendora?

Penkse Audi West Covina..... Day 45
So a lady fell asleep and side swiped my parked A4. I decide to have it towed Penske Audi, mistake number 1. The quote was for 18 days of repair work, 43 days later the car is finally done. After about a dozen phone calls I finally get my car released only to discover the paper work reads "without Quattro" for all replacement parts on my car. I found this particularly surprising since the top of the estimate reads "Audi A4 Quattro". They assure me its just a paperwork mistake and tell me to come back tomorrow. I show up the next day and the paperwork is fixed so I sign for the car. Two days later and I've jumped my car twice with a third on the way just to get back home. I had to have my boss jump my car on his way into work this morning. I inform the dealer of the situation only to hear "we will be happy to fix it but you must pay for the rental"
Honestly I'm in shock that a dealer would treat a customer this way. I need to have my vehicle inspected as I highly doubt the repairs were done correctly. If anyone could please recommend a shop in the Chino Hills area I would be really grateful. Also, if anyone knows somewhere I can at least send a letter of complaint that would be great as well.

Eurocode Tuning in Torrance earned my business. They strive for customer satifaction.
FYI they also perform decarb of the valves for very cheap. I saw 3 RS4 at there shop, they were all getting this service, along with a supercharger install

I don't know if they're the only Audi certified bodyshop in So Cal though, I can't imagine they're the only certified bodyshop for all the cars out there.
