Default Brand new radio and brand new Cluster and issues

So I have bought 2002 Audi Coupe ,
I had issues with instrument cluster, unresponsive gauges etc, I bought brand new unit from dealer, proceed to installation using VCDS everything went smooth until battery gave up , since then I had problems, tried to boost the battery to start the car it didn't work, so I charged battery overnight in the morning I was able to start the car , run it for few minutes , notice that door window no longer opens and closes when opening the door, next radio would go to safe mode and wouldn't display on the cluster , and notice that the fuel gauge was not responsive , I run vagcom and found issues power related and immo key programming issue, which happened when battery went dead, erased the codes and they never came back, now I went to buy brand new concert II radio and notice that it doesn't light up anymore when I turn the lights on, and still no radio display in the cluster, reinstalled the original cluster to test and it wasn't displaying either, bought brand new fuel sender and the fuel gauge still doesn't work either, so I played with vagcom and notice I can't access 19: Can Gateway , I can't recall if this existed before or not, I have checked fuses and they are good,
does this car has CAN module ? what else I should check and to replace it.

2002 is first year of Can-bus in TT, and the radio talks to the cluster via CAN-bus.

Surprised you were able to overcome the immobilizer, usually that's a dealer visit.

The window thing is normal, you just need to run the window up and down a few times to allow it to find "home".

Unplug the radio, maybe that is taking the CAN-bus down. You only need the cluster to run.
