Hey everyone, I want to raise awareness about INSIDE WALL TIRE WEAR. Whether this is a problem amongst all Audis, or reserved for the A8/S8, it is worth noting. I recently replaced my tires and noticed that the inside walls were heavily chewed up, in comparison to the still salvageable outside walls.
Tire technician explained that "Audi's, apart from being AWD are set more aggressively..." Truth or lies, you be the judge, but I don't want anyone having an unexplained blow out.

Like the OP, I see the outer horizontal surface of the tire wear quicker.

I replaced all 4 tires 8K miles ago. My fronts are still like new, my rears are completely gone, I already got the replacements.
BUT, they wore out completely even, perfectly flat. The issue you have is bad camber adjustment. The issue I have is bad toe-in adjustment, that is why my rears wore so much more quicker and completely even. I will have it realigned when I replace the tires.
