CQ won't move

CQ won't move
had the CQ parked in the driveway since March, started the engine every 3-4 weeks but didn't drive it. this morning wanted to take it for a spin, but even though the gears engaged, the car wouldn't move... as if the emergency brake is still engaged
wth? how do i fix this?

The hand-brake question...
What Maineman may be pointing towards is that the hand-brake releases the cables at the front, but the cables themselves or often the calipers P/B mechanism may be seized "On". Perhaps you can rotate both of the calipers P/B mechanism back to the "Off" position by turning with a wrench on the caliper's cable-arm nut.

Ya, your brakes are seized. Take a 13mm wrench and put it on the nut that is located on the inside of the rear caliper and turn it counter clockwise. If that doesn't work, you'll have to take the calipers out and turn the pistons inward.
