hesitation and mushy brakes
The brakes also seem mushy. They do stop well but the pedal is mushy compared to anything else I drive(E350, porsche, and saab). I hate to take the time to go to the dealer if this(brakes) is normal. I am on the hesitation.
Input is appreciated.

I've noticed the same issue on some hard / tight turns. I assumed one of the electronic controls was intervening somehow ... even though I definitely didn't want it to. (It basically was impossible for me to accelerate quickly out of each turn.) I also thought maybe the problem would be avoided by keeping driver select mode in "dynamic" -- or switching the transmission to S-D and/or using the manual mode. Certainly in manual mode it's never happened to me.
So, I'm curious: What "driver error" do you attribute it to? If it's that, I want to avoid it! It's incredibly frustrating to deliberately enter a turn quickly and try to pull out of it even more quickly ... but not have the car respond accordingly.
PS: No other hesitations ever -- when cold, or otherwise. (I'm at approx. 3700 miles.)
