Out going call and center display

Out going call and center display
I was wondering if there is a setting so when you are making an outgoing call the center display switches to telephone? It does this for incoming calls I wonder why it does not do this for outgoing or at least offer the option setting wise.

Are you making a call using the steering wheel controls? I see to remember that information is displayed in the center display when the contact list is used to place a call, but I don't use the phone that much. I know it shows "End Call" so you can pick that with the thumb wheel to hang up.

I have been wondering the same thing as budi4.
I think the challenge is when you initiate a call from your phone and have the Mmi display set to something other than phone there is no easy way to hang up the call except to do so on the phone. When you receive a call the center display switches to phone; it does not seem to as a standard when you initiate a call.

I've hoped an update or setting would allow this too as toggling between screens to end a call started from the phone to get to the green telephone screen is tedious.

I agree. I did not see any option for this. Have to hit Tel from the right console or from the steering wheel.
