Headlamp, traction issue.. Help please

Headlamp, traction issue.. Help please

Ok.. currently i have the error of headlamp from my speedometer..
I run the car w/o the front just to move back and foward while it was getting repair from some light damage in the front..

Now the lights are installed and when i turn them on they do turn on, but after they get warm they flicker and shut down..

I have the error for the headlamp for left and right..
Could it be that error that is causing the lamp to turn off?

Also, my battery is not fully charged.. could that also be the problem?

Last... in the dash i have the light of the car with the lines looks like traction? not EPS.. On... i thought it was the traction control, but i read online that the trac control is ths EPS light.. which i have it off..

Is the Vag com the only solution to turn that car light off?

Any help it will be really appreciated.. or if anybody with a VAG could extend the help to check the ride? ill pay for gas and lunch?
