Heater Cores on 94-95 90's...

Heater Cores on 94-95 90's...
Guys who have done this job...how in God's name did you line up the 2 tubes on the core & the 2 mounting bolts to the firewall at the same time. I've tried all day & can't even get the damn tubes to even enter the hole for them much less the mounting holes. I thought if I lifted the core a little to the holes the tube would go through...nope. they veer off to the driver side. WTF! What am I doing wrong?

iChat kind of heater core did you get? I got a Spectra frm Rock Auto and it wouldn't fit

Auto CC unit questions...
Now that I have the Heater core in..I have forgotten where the intake Air temp sensor goes as well as the long black vinyl tube that goes into the engine compartment. Where is the access hole?
