Guys who have done this job...how in God's name did you line up the 2 tubes on the core & the 2 mounting bolts to the firewall at the same time. I've tried all day & can't even get the damn tubes to even enter the hole for them much less the mounting holes. I thought if I lifted the core a little to the holes the tube would go through...nope. they veer off to the driver side. WTF! What am I doing wrong?

iChat kind of heater core did you get? I got a Spectra frm Rock Auto and it wouldn't fit

No I got a Febi. It seems that the 94-95 cars have way different Cores in the way they fit into the unit. 93's are a breeze compared to the later cars.

This is one item where the OEM dealer is the only way to go due to fit and finish and longevity.
Febi makes quite a few of their products now in China, quality is suspect.

Now that I have the Heater core in..I have forgotten where the intake Air temp sensor goes as well as the long black vinyl tube that goes into the engine compartment. Where is the access hole?
