C4,1994 erratic operational of components
I've this issue which is mind bogging. The following components do not work at times,simultaneously. The components are power windows system, wiper wash system and indicator(turn signals) lights system. The car runs normal at this instant nevertheless. I've replaced the power window ECU/relay and the key switch but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Appreciates your input.

One thing to consider. Load reduction relay kills power to a set of circuits during start. If the relay fails the circuits will not get power. It controls, wipers washers lights and windows. Sometimes blower fan. The ignition switch can be faulty and not operate the load reduction relay. Find the load reduction relay, its in the relay panel under the dash all the way to the left. If you jump the 2 big spades with a wire, and everything works, than you know its a load reduction circuit issue.
