Is it ok to wax over PPF?
I'm picking up my new B9 A4 after having XPEL installed on the front clip (full hood, fenders, cup sill, mirrors), plus rear bumper lip. At some point I'd like to do a ceramic coating, but since I'm still smarting from the purchase, XPEL install, etc. thought I could do a nice wax until I save up a little more dough. Besides, I've literally only driven it around the block. I'd like to drive my nice new car for a few weeks at least.
Are there specific types of wax which provide UV protection that I can safely use over the PPF and the rest of the car? Will having wax on the car affect its ability to accept a ceramic coating in the next few months? Is that corrected at an installers? Sorry for the novice questions, but I want it done right!

You can. Don't use anything with cleaners/polishes in it. I would do 2 things:
1) Ask the people that did the XPEL install what they recommend. I have Suntek PPF / CQuartz coating on my car and they gave me list products to use on the car including maintenance waxes/sealants
2) Go to XPEL's website. They have a list also
