stage 3 a6 2.7 really rich.

okay so a little back story I bouth this car with bad turbos so i decided to go stage 3. I bought the srm ball bearing km 24's, 1000cc injectors, 360lph fuel pump, upgraded rod, upgraded inter coolers, upgraded map sensor, rs4 maf. so I try to tune it and it will not run and when it does finally run it gets down to 9 afr. injector load is like .67 ms and still pig rich. f hose delete. and i placed an oil catch can in place of the pancake valve. the tuner guy says timing may be off or there is a hardware issue and kinda stopped with the tuning until i get it figured out. however it will run with the stock tune just has a misfire at idle in number 5 cylinder and multiple after a short period. not sure what is going on. i have checked boost leaks none checked the timing like 4 times before i even put it together so im pretty sure that is not it. fuel pressure is 50 psi so 3 bar or a little more than that. what could i be missing?
any one have any ideas on what could be causing my issues?
