dumb painting question...
what's the difference between a 'respray' and just plain having something painted? what's a typical price difference if there is a difference between the two?
i have a ton of rock chips on my front bumper, and would like to have it fixed up...

a respray usually means just scuffing the paint, and spraying new over it...
which is fine, in your kind of situation.. you don't really want them to spend the time to sand the whole thing down to primer or plastic..

it's just in the area to the right of the license plate basically
i think the previous owner had a habit of following trucks while very close to the center line... can sort of make it out here, it's much more noticable in person. what's a respray cost for a bumper?
