Sounds like you don't yet own a VAG (Volkswagon Auto Group) compatible scantool, which will show you ALL the trouble codes stored by the car, which can be significant, and lead you to the root cause issue. If you don't really DIY, get an OBD-Eleven basic module...it's cheap and works via smartphone interface. If you do DIY and want to be able to really fix things, pick up the VCDS from Ross-Tech...you won't regret buying it, only that you waited so long to get one.
Honestly, that code can get thrown for myriad reasons, one of which is simply that your battery is in a low state of charge, and low battery states occur because they are just simply old, or maybe the battery got swapped but wasn't programmed/coded into the car, or more likely because you've got bad door handle sensors that are slowly draining it 24/7, 365 days a year, just like every other Q7 ever made.
You really won't have a clue about what to do unless you scan the car fully with a compatible diagnostic scantool to see what's really going on beneath the surface.
