You can try the SD2 slot, just for grins, but normally the 'no files found' means you didn't copy the correct content onto the SD card. You don't copy folders; you open the folders and then copy the files from them...do one folder at a time, etc., until you have moved all the files over. If you have moved anything over to the SD card besides the bare files, it will fail. Suggest you watch couple install videos showing how to 'unpack' the original, condensed files, then you go open the 'unpacked files', which will be in a different folder, then you grab just the files. Best bet is to focus on a video showing it being done...slow it down, back it up and watch it again & again, then try it out. It took me about 3 attempts to get it correctly moved over to the SD card. Slow and steady / attention to details wins the race on the firmware or NAV updates.
Oh yeah, it does mention that you should not use a really huge SD card for this update. I bought a pair of 32 GB SD high speed off Amazon for around $20 US...great investment, as needed them both to do firmware then NAV maps update.
