Back row a/c not blowing air. I have tried syncing and nothing... called the dealer and it will cost $ 200.00 just to diagnose the issue.
You can pay Audi $200 to scan your car once, or you can go buy a Ross-Tech Hex V-2 VCDS scantool setup for about the same money. If you want to be sane in the future, that's the way to go. Other, more basic scantools compatible with the Q7, and that's really the key here...compatible with the Q7, are good if you just want to be able to read the trouble codes you can't see currently, that may help you to understand the underlying issue. The OBD-Eleven is very popular to gain basic read/delete code access, but it's not going to be able to really 'fix' anything on your car like the VCDS setup can do; VCDS is the closest thing you can buy to what Audi/VW dealers use on the cars to diagnose & resolve issues, and as you'll find out no matter what scantool you buy, the VCDS is the only one you feel like you got your money's worth after using it once.
