USB Issue Warranty Issue
I have 2022 A6. One of the usb ports stopped working. I tried different connection wires to make sure that it was not the charging wire. I discovered that the usb connector was pushed back. Audi said that it is my fault and that it is not covered by a warranty. I appealed to no avail. The dealer said he would fix for $1900. I said no. They also told me the part is $788. A interior car dealer said the part is lessthan a third and he would fix it for less than 20% of the what the dealer wanted to charge. The regular Audi warranty coverage was therefore terrible. The dealers prices were anywhere from 3x to 5times the price of nondealer. Ridiculous!
