Decreased Fuel Milege

I have a 2013 Audi Q5 2.0L. I have noticed that my Audi is using more fuel (91) than I think it should. I have heard that I may want to replace the spark plugs, I have heard fuel injectors as well but the engine seems to be running fine. I have done the Air filter recently as well. Any other suggestions to improve Milege?

Mileage on your 2.0L TFSI engine? Service history for these items?

I bought it used in 2022 Gary, it has now 138,000km on it. Because I bought it used I don't think those items have been done already. No records anyways

Without service records, your assume nothing has not been maintained, so you should start with the usual maintenance items, e.g, spark plugs, air filter, PVC, brake fluid change, BK44 fuel treatment, etc. Then you can eliminate items that may affect your gas mileage and search out other possibilities if your mileage doesn't improve.

Every used vehicle I do a fuel filter and run some fuel injector cleaner for a few cycles. You never know if the previous owner used crappy gas just to save a buck or two.
