Default Turbo Lag on Q5

Car:2013 Audi Q5 Premium Plus
Mileage: 88K

In the past 1 year or so I am starting to feel that the Trubo on my 2013 is a bit laggy, especially in stand-still-to-drive situations. I recently got it checked at the dealership for any issues related to the Turbo/Turbo Charger, since the dealer ruled that out I was wondering if it is more related to transmission lag rather than turbo lag. Simply put it feels like especially in standstill drive situations I feel more of that lag, by the time I put my foot on acceleration and by the time turbo kicks in, and by the time the car is propelled it doesn't feel proportionate and feels there is lag ( I hope I can articulate is properly).

I have read a few places and talked to some people, I am being recommended that I get these two things done which should help with the lag:

1.) Getting Liqui Moly transmission flush/exchange which is carefully done via a Liqui Moly Machine
2.) Turbo Charger Intake Valve Cleaning

Thanks in advance

I had a similar issue with my older Q5. If you have VCDS or access to one, you could try a throttle body alignment; it really helped when I performed it.

There is no turbo lag. And don't waste your money on those so-called solutions. Just enjoy your car, it is just fine as it is................

I agree, I do this a few times a year and notice the improvement with throttle response.
