Audi Q5 B8 PDC Not doing anything
The faults that are on the dash if its important is and ESP Fault and a Parking Brake Malfunction. If the is a way to fix the Parking Brake fault i would love to hear possible causes. I did unplug the PDC Module and nothing about PDC shows up on the dash. It does look like a sensor was slightly pushed in but i think an error code would show if it was a singular sensor.
Would appreciate the help.

The de facto standard for a private owner scan log is using Ross-Tech's VCDS. It works, it's complete, it puts the information in proper form. Anything else is less. How less depends on the tool. But I'm not seeing anything related to the J446 (10-park/steer assist) if this is a B8.0, or the J519 (09-central electrics) if this is a B8.5.
Also, you don't say what your 7X_ PR code is, for us to understand what the park sensors / backup camera configuration on that vehicle was from the factory. 7X0 is without sensors / without camera. 7X9 is without sensors / with camera. Numbers inbetween represent various combinations of rear sensors, front sensors, no camera, with camera.
The audi is an Audi Q5 B8 2011(Pre-Facelift). I can see all the senors and camera with the wiring harness for it. Im not sure where to find the 7X9 or whatever it’s called, if you can tell me where i should find it. I can say for certain it has 8 parking sensors, 4 in front, four in the back as well as a rear camera. As for the OBD i am not hundred percent sure what machine he had all i know is he is a mechanic and he scanned the faults given. If I didn’t say, the PDC button doesnt work, even in reverse. There is nothing showing on the dash related to Parking Aid. I just want to make sure i know what the fault is before money is wasted is all. I do have a picture of the Parking Aid module, not sure if it’s important but just in case.
Thanks
You need a proper scan tool for the task. That's VCDS for us owners. OBDeleven is not uncommon, not as good for troubleshooting, but at least knows how to read all the vehicle modules. The Audi tool that dealerships use is ODIS.
Plus, the scan tool isn't going to be able to connect to the J446 if it's not plugged in. Did you check 12v on the 16-pin plug that goes into the J446? Pin 1 (black/violet) to Pin 8 (brown) should measure 12v, when ignition is on, not when ignition is off. 12v comes from fuse 7 in column D in the right rear.

I do want to purchase OBDeleven because i have seen many online videos related to this product and looks good.
I will check the PR code i will familiarise myself with it now since i have time but to check the code will have to wait for tomorrow.
Thanks

Revision R is associated with 7X4 (front and rear sensors, no camera) and 7X8 (front and rear sensors, with camera). Front and rear would be the "parking aid plus" as you originally mention. The fronts have to be engaged manually, but the rears should engage automatically just switching to reverse.
Yeah, you need to get a full vehicle capable scan tool and see what comes up in it at control module 10 address (with the J446 plugged in). Could be nothing more than an open circuit with one of the two buzzers.
