Idle misfire

Idle misfire
Hey all,
I have an 2007 Audi A8 that is severely misfiring at idle when warm. From a cold start, the car will run fine for roughly 30 seconds, then drop to maybe 400 rpm. When this starts to happen, I can rev the car to 1500 rpm and all the misfires go away. Cylinders 7 and 8 seem to be missing the most out of any other cylinders. Spark plugs and coil packs have been swapped around but the misfires don’t move around.
Looking to see if anyone knows any common issues within the fuel system or vacuum leaks.

Common tool is VCDS level scan (not just OBDII generic) and then you sort for irrelevant noise. Often good to save scan, then clear and scan again to get rid of old clutter. Scan, search then ask residual questions and we can try to help.
No, meantime we can't say it's almost certainly the standard franistan connected to the flux capacitor.
If you happen to hear a hoot, think PCV BTW, though I don't know the FSI newer set up you have compared to older port. Good scan is your friend and avoids parts and labor guesses most of time.

We'd need to see a scan for sure to know what's going on. It could be a number of things ranging from timing to an exhaust leak. Can you give us a deeper service history? Has it had timing work done? Fuel injectors? Exhaust work?
