Causes for CEL Blinking+Rough Idle?

Causes for CEL Blinking+Rough Idle?

Hey everyone, so I've made a few posts in regards to the problems my girlfriends' 2011 Audi A4 has been having, and so I wanted to ask one more question before I assume the worst. What are the possible reasons for the CEL to be flashing, accompanied by a rough idle? I mean, if I rev it up a bit, (over 1200 or so), the rough idle goes away pretty much completely from what I can tell. I just put in all new plugs, haven't done spark plugs yet but I' really doubting it can be something as trivial as just plugs? The codes were something along the lines of "cylinder 3 misfire, cylinder 1 misfire, random cylinder misfires, camshaft position sensor" I will throw up the whole log if someone is perhaps willing to shed some light? I'm really hoping it won't be a bent valve or something like that.

Paste the full printout from the scan. Also you should tell us the motor, transmission, and miles. Also if you had your timing chain replaced or have had any other failures.
