2016 Q5 2.0t premium plus clicking noise

2016 Q5 2.0t premium plus clicking noise
So update with the clicking noise, still clicking/thumping noise when turning slightly or going straight on a speed bump/dip. Within the last yr I replace cv Axles with Raxles, replaced rip motor mounts with Meyle HD, replaced lower and upper control arm due to worn bushings, replace outer tie rods due to worn with Lemforder. Did an alignment and had the mechanic retorque suspension to spec today and test drive the car with hard left n hard right turns in parking lot and drove around through speed bumps and dips and there was no noise. After I take the car home to run errands the noise started again with the clicking/thumping. At this point I I just don’t know. If anyone have any idea please help. Should I Have another Audi mechanic check it out or just trade it in.

I have this Chassis Ear that has help me countless times find a mystery noise……
