2005 D3 turns over for 2 seconds and stops

2005 D3 turns over for 2 seconds and stops
Looking for some help. My 2005 D3 turns over for 2 seconds and stops. Brand new battery with good voltage. Push button won't work have to use key. When I turn the key car sounds like it is going to start for 2 seconds then stops. Have to take the key out put back inn and the same thing happens ?

Are you saying that the engine cranks over and runs for 2 seconds, or that it only cranks for 2 seconds, a cranking and firing up, then dieing after two seconds aligns with the IMMO kicking in, as the keyfob code is not being read fast enough by the KESSY or ECM, kind of goes with your push button start not working also, does the fob complete all other functions, have you changed the fob battery, any water damage to the fob.
As Dave said, a scan is needed for sure.
