Nearly anything can be accomplished if you have a diagnostic scan tool ( the Ross-Tech VCDS) with the security access required to do make modifications to the coding/car configuration menus. That said, this is a Q7 and there are two diff types of TPMS systems during the run of the 4L Q7 chassis, so you need to be a little more specific about your car and what exactly is going on with it. Maybe start with the year of your Q7 and if you know whether your Q7 has the in-tire TPMS sensors or not.

Have you considered troubleshooting/repairing the MMI system? If the controller isn't giving you the indicator lights when you press a selector button on it, then it's likely just the circuit board below the controller is fried from prior liquid damage, etc. That's a very common issue, given where the cup holders are placed in the console arm wrest just behind the MMI controller.

What scan tool are you using? When you get a TPMS fault in drivers info display, it also sets a fault code in the related control module, and you have to clear the fault code using a scan tool, and then you would normally go into the MMI just to tell it to reset/reverify tires are at the correct pressure, etc., but so long as you can clear the fault code you'll probably be OK, as the control module for the tires pressure monitoring function is what's important to that dash warning. Again, if you got VCDS, there's not a whole lot you can't do on this car. I've got three VAGCOM scan tools for just that reason...failing forwards to find the one that actually works for serious DIYing on this Q7.

Have you 100% verified the replacement circuit board part# is correct for your Q7s MMI version? If you don't know, then you'll need to verify the part # by your VIN# using an Audi parts site specifically to nail down the correct part #, or you may need to visit the Audi parts counter to get a quote for the part if you can't locate it online. Once you plug the board in, bearing in mind there will be fault codes stored related to it being disconnected that must be cleared out first, then you'd expect it would show some sign of life unless there is further issue upstream from the circuit board or that the circuit board is bad / incorrect for your MMI system.

There are a fair number of archival threads and videos on this topic to search/ use as your basis for success repairing the MMI fault, but the owner DIY error I've seen the most occurrences of is ordering the wrong circuit board, which then isn't able to communicate/interact with anything you have on car, and so it's just dead in the water still. If you feel like the new MMI circuit board is good & correct item, then there's also a control module...there's a control module for everything on this car, lol.

After unplugging anything on this car, always remember to rescan and check for fault codes after you get all the electrical wiring connections back together.

I have a autel maxi pro 808
I will retry control board
the purchased one had all the correct numbers
with no response I will try again though
as for the TPMs fault code it would not let me clear code I would erase code pop right back up this again I will try again
your info is much appreciated as this mmi thing has been driving me crazy trying to locate the issue
work one day and next day nothing

On the TPMS, really the only thing you can do w/o access to the MMI menus is go into that control module and see what your scan tool is able to show you under basic settings/adaptations, etc., and if that Autel Maxi Pro 808 will give you access required to do those particular functions or not. That, I do not know. Basically though, if you can't reset it using 'normal' pathways in your scan tool to bypass using the car's MMI menus, then the only other option is to code out that function, assuming of course you can't just simply pull a fuse to that particular control module to take it offline temporarily, etc.
