Transmission Failure & Full Service - 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T quattro S line Prestige (136k mi)

Just wanted to share my experience and ongoing repairs on my 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T quattro S line Prestige with 136k miles. Hopefully this helps someone dealing with similar issues.

Just wanted to share my experience and ongoing repairs on my 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T quattro S line Prestige with 136k miles. Hopefully this helps someone dealing with similar issues.
Issue: Transmission Failure
While driving, the transmission suddenly failed. Upon inspection, I noticed a leak coming from the transmission cooler line. After checking the fluid, it was extremely dark, burnt, and contaminated with clutch material — definite signs of internal failure. I am guessing over a year it leaked enough which is catastrophic to a transmission.Current Repairs (In Progress):
We're replacing the transmission and taking the opportunity to tackle several known maintenance points while everything is accessible.Transmission & Related Components:
- Replacement transmission & all components fluid filter etc
Engine Timing & Top-End Refresh:
- Timing chains
- Crankshaft seal
- Crankcase vent valve (PCV)
- Valve cover gaskets
- Oil filter housing gasket
- Engine oil cooler gasket
Cooling System:
- Water pump
- Thermostat
- Coolant pipe
- Engine coolant
Other Upgrades/Repairs:
- Replacing solenoids
- Motor mounts (showing signs of wear)
