Has anyone tried the Nitto 555 tires on their every day car???
I don't mean the drag racing version. If so what do you think of the handling in the dry and wet. What car do you have it on? What do you think of its noise level?
I'm starting to look into tire alternatives for my TT. Any comments would be appreciated.

Actually had the first gen in the US 1987...
Fine, very ordinary tires for cheap. The drag tire is actually a fine non-R high performance tire, really! (lousy in deep wet, though) There are many other far better choices for the other models. BFG-KDW, Yok Sport, etc.
