I should be gettin my Flik Artic Black wheels this week and i have a question...

Should i wax them before i put them on or leave them and clean them when needed. Also what can i use to clean them(brush and chemical?)

Last i would like to praise edgeracing for answering all my question very quick both phone and email

dude, RejeX works wonders

the wheels should definitely be waxed with a good quality wheel wax on the face and inside prior to putting it on your car.

the waxing will make subsequent cleanings much easier.

I always use a lambswool mitt, specifically dedicated to wheels only and cleaned after every wash, on my wheels because brushes may harm the wheel finish.

Wax safe auto soap is all you really need since the strong detergents will strip your nice wax job.

I have those same wheels with toyo t1-s. I didnt wax mine before and they look fine on. Also, just a car soap and water to clean them. No chemicals at any time. Let your car cool before you wash them, edgeracing told me this. I guess it keeps any chemicals from harming the rim. Let me know if you wash and wax them. I think waxing them would take a long time, there are a number of "spokes" if you will. Maybe I should take mine off and wax? Keep me updated..
