Default Need some help on what I should do with about replacing a damaged tire...

I recently had a tire severly damaged and it is not repairable. I had a temporary tire put on that is the same size and practically the same tread pattern but different brand. Also pretty much the same tread wear(I was lucky that the tire shop had a used one lying around in the right size!) All four tires have about 5/32nd tread depth left. (they're summer tires)
Is it safe to drive for a while on the tires the way they are or do I risk doing damage to my Driveline(Quattro)?
Should buy a new tire to match my old ones and possibly have it shaved down?

I actually came across a used pair of the same brand/model/size but the load rating doesn't match, my current tires are 235/45 ZR17 97W
and the used ones I am looking at are 235/45 ZR17 91W with 8-9/32nds tread left. Will these be safe to use with my current tires if I use them as a pair? what's the difference between 97W and 91W?
I found some info on the Tire Rack website that makes it sound like the used pair will be ok:
---Audi, As published in their vehicle owner's manual, "rolling radius of all 4 tires must remain the same" or within 4/32-inch of each other in remaining tread depth.----

I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks!! Also, big thanks to the tire rack website, lots of helpful info there!

Default Read the FAQ on this which answered most of my questions but still need to know...

Is it ok to use tires that are the exact same size/tread pattern/tread depth but with different load ratings? ie. 97W's on one axle and 91W's on the other?
