I have the General Exclaim UHP on 18' RS4 wheel on my B7 and have a vibration at about 55-60 mph
Audi claims its the tires causing the vibration after they road force balanced them. they said road force was 6,32,54,64 on the tires. these were purchased at the TR and I just purchase 2 more for them to install. I dont think this will fix the problem since the stock tires and wheels did the same thing. After talking to audi (before the new tire install) they said if this didnt work I would have to buy more expensive tires. Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel if audi can roadforce balance them I shouldnt have a vibration.

IF it's the tires (big if) I have to imagine that TireRack would take them back.
That's an awfully imbalanced tire to produce that sort of Roadforce Balance numbers.
Might it be the rims? Bent possibly?

All 4 were balance at Firestone on the same type road force balancer.
this was done before i took it to audi and firestone didnt give me the roadforce numbers but they said all four where good.

OK. So we know somebody is feeding you a line.
Either the folks at Firestone are incompetent or the folks at Audi are. Given that you've got a problem, I'd say the Firestone folks are the ones who are wrong.
I'd do a post in your appropriate regional forum to find a really good, reputable wheel shop that has the Hunter system in your area. Go there. See what they tell you. Bring the results to the other place to request a refund on services rendered. If a good place duplicates the Audi report, you should be able to get your money back from Firestone. If not, then Audi. With any luck this third place will actually be able to help diagnose the problem and FIX it.
