Tires worn on sides...?

Tires worn on sides...?
Is it possible that because of wrong camber plate adjustment the sides of my tires will be affected and worn faster than rest of the tire (thread in the middle)???
I heard that it is possible because while cornering tires will roll at different speeds and because of that one might actually block the other and cause "skipping"/blocking of the tire - premature wear on the sides???
I want to know what is causing this heavy wear on both of my front tires...they're both worn on every side... not just one like with bad allignment...Its also not caused by low pressure!
Can someone explain it to me please???

RED means worn
BLUE means OK!
