Gary, need your advice on A/S's for new S4
Looking for year round tires for a new '08 incoming S4 which should be here in 3 weeks, tops. Living outside Philly - not much snow, so deep snow traction is not critical. I've got this thing narrowed down to either Goodyear F1 or Michelin Pilot Sport all seasons (235/40/18). The Michelin's are around $60 more per tire. I've always been a big fan of Michelin's (have PS2's on my '04 C4S). Would the GY's give me what I'm looing for or would you recommend just pulling the trigger on the Pilot Sports? Looking to buy 5 of them - thanks!!

From Gary's suggestions, the Goodyear F1's are every bit as good a tire as the Michelins, perhaps with slightly improved snow traction, and for significantly less $$. Will likely go with those - Gary, thanks again for getting back to me.
