This is what my guy told me
My independent told me this:
if less than 25% worn, replace single tire
if less than 50% worn, replace 2 tires on same axle
if more than 50% worn, replace all 4.
Can't guarantee anything, that's just what he told me. You might just put a call into the dealer and get the official word.

depending on how worn it is, you can replace just the 1 tire, but get it shaved to the same
tread depth of the other 3 tires. That way all 4 tires are the same diameter and it won't screw with the differentials.
