Any problem running 215/55R16 instead of 205/55R16 on a 7" wide rim? Besides the speedo difference

No problems running that tire size on a 7" wheel. Just make sure you have enough clearance under the car for the taller and wider tire.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">tires</a></li></ul>

I ran them on a B5 Avant, non-sport...
I would do it again, but look also at 205/60-16
These are 215s from my B6 on the B5

Thanks for the info, I'm hoping they'll work just fine... 215/55 was the only ones available.
They were just such a good deal, I had to grab them. $66 a piece, when I would have paid about $110 for anything else.
